Since 1947, our St. Moritz-based company has been offering three generations of high-quality Fine Woodworking and individual Interiors with an optimum combination of wood, stone, glass and metal materials. Since less and less construction is taking place in the Engadine, we have refocused our company in 2019 and renamed it from Malloth Holzbau AG to Malloth AG.

Malloth AG now includes not only interior joinery but also security technology, which specializes in mechanical and electronic locking systems from dormakaba and Glutz.

Malloth AG’s third division is Real Estate and Services, which takes care of the management, renting and sale of real estate in the Engadine. A particular strength is the combination of technical building management and property management – seamless and efficiently between technical and commercial work.

Our construction department continues to offer you classic Fine Woodworking  in products such as kitchens, built-in cupboards, windows and doors in highest quality craftsmanship. If you are planning renovation and conversion work, we can do it for you, under our own management and for larger projects as your  representative with architects, specialist planners and craft companies.
