The Chesa Flück in Pontresina has been completely renovated. The original house with two shops and a few flats without parking spaces was turned into a beautiful, valuable apartment building with six flats, underground parking and a shop.

The important doors were to be secured electronically. For this purpose, the client selected the leading electronic locking solution with dormakaba evolo. Malloth was allowed to create the door planning and implement the system.
